The first printing of Swords Of Cerebus Vol 6 contained a printing error. Swords 6 was intended to reprint 5 Cerebus issues (#21-25) instead of the usual four issues per volume, however, in the first printing, #25 was omitted in error. A 24-page supplement was printed in an attempt to rectify the problem, as explained in Deni Loubert's inside cover 'A Note To Our Readers' reproduced below.
