The next Printer's Proof is close to launch... In an effort to give our friends in Australia and New Zealand a better chance of snagging a Printer's Proof the next one will be added late in the day on Wednesday. We will make an announcement when it becomes available.
This brings up a problem that exists with Kickstarter that we would like to address. If we offer the proof as a reward and you select it, your previous order will disappear and all you will be pledging for is the proof and you will have to add your previous amount to your pledge and list it all out for us to try to get right at the end of the campaign. We have decided to list the remaining proofs as Add-Ons. This brings up another issue with the Kickstarter website that is not explained very well.
To purchase an add-on after you have already pledged you must click on MANAGE YOUR PLEDGE. At that time you will be shown your previous order. Click to pledge your amount like you are doing it for the first time (no one is charged during the campaign so you can edit your pledge all you want until the campaign ends). Once you have pledged your amount you will be shown the Add-On options. That is where you will find the next 5 Printer's Proofs as we release them.
Wait, 5? Aren't there 6 left? No, but THAT is a story for another update.
Cerebus from... man, I don't know, it was the 70s

So, I mentioned yesterday, Dave's working on Strange Death of Alex Raymond (volume three).
And was met with the comments:
John G.:
Wait. Dave is working on “regular production of SDOAR pages”? I am genuinely confused. I thought he had bailed on that project and that’s why Carson Grubagh had to finish it (?).
Anonymous:
John G: I second that. Some (any!) SDOAR status details would be appreciated here. If that info is already available elsewhere, please provide a link. Thanks! (CF)
Dave Kopperman:
Dave's hinted at continuing to work at it previously, but not given any specific details. Is it writing? Page layouts? Actual inked pages? It kind of feels like he's pulling a move from J. J. Abrams's 'mystery box' playbook.
So, since I've apparently been "burying" the news. Here's Dave talking about it in recent faxes:
The black line is the cut where I cut out all the NON-SDOAR stuff...
CLICK. FOR. BIGGER.
You can't read the notes, no matter how big I make it. But they're SDOAR notes...
SDOAR note in grey...
So, YES, Dave's working on SDOAR mock-ups. NO, we don't know who's gonna finish them... ____________________________________
